TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Upon receipt of Banking payment, the Architect will perform the requested services (Basic Zoning Study or Complete Feasibility Study) as described. Any additional services are to be agreed on separately in writing and billed accordingly. It is understood that the findings of all included research are made available to the client for informational purposes only. While this information is intended to aid in a decision-making process, the client bears full responsibility for any decisions made based on the information provided.

VALIDITY
The Architect will provide the results of research on the subject property based on the current version of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) & Rajuk, Zoning Resolution, Zoning Maps, and other information made available by City and Other agencies. The Architect cannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any such documents. Since Building Codes, Zoning documents, and other applicable regulations are subject to frequent change, any drawings, reports, or documents delivered by the Architect to the client as part of a Zoning Study or Feasibility Study package will be considered valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Beyond the initial 60-day period, all findings may need to be re-verified. Any modifications made by the City of Dhaka or its agencies to the Building Code, Zoning Maps, or Zoning Resolution which are published at any time after a Zoning Study or Feasibility Study will render the study invalid.

PAYMENT
The fee for services is to be paid in full and is non-refundable. Banking payment must be processed before work can begin. A portion of the fee for a Zoning Study or Feasibility Study package can be applied as a deposit toward professional fees if the client subsequently chooses to retain the Architect and enters into a contract for architectural services.

DRAWINGS & SURVEYS
In order to fully describe site conditions, the client may provide the Architect with drawings and surveys of the subject property and any buildings or structures located on or near the subject property. The Architect assumes that all information on these documents is accurate and is not responsible for any information supplied by others.

GENERAL
The client and the Architect understand that the request for a specific service and payment of the associated fee is intended to provide for all architectural work reasonably necessary to execute the proposed scope of work. The scope of services herein agreed upon is a good faith representation of the professional services the Architect would normally provide to achieve the stated goal. All reports delivered to the client upon completion of a Zoning Study or Feasibility Study are to be thorough and accurate, to the best of the Architect’s knowledge, belief, and professional judgement. If any errors or omissions are discovered in the Architect’s reports, they will be corrected by the Architect at no additional cost to the client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
For any error, omission or other professional negligence, the Architect’s liability shall be limited to the fee received for the specified service. The Architect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are careful to protect the privacy of our clients, and our website implements security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We will not sell, trade, or distribute a client’s name or personal information to any outside parties other than for the express purpose of providing the service as described and processing payment for such service.
